How a project works

The schedule depends on the scope of each project. The launch date is set in writing in the quote, once the scope is clear.

  1. 01. Scoping call

Zelos calls the client back, listens to the need and scopes the project: goals, features, content and budget.

  2. 02. Detailed quote

A free, line by line quote in Tunisian dinars, with the exact scope and the agreed delivery date.

  3. 03. Prototype

A first working version is shown to the client on a preview address, to validate before going further.

  4. 04. Launch and follow-up

Launch, tool integrations, team training, handover of code and access, then follow-up and support.

FAQ

What is Zelos?

Zelos is a Tunisian web and software agency, reachable at zelos.tn. It builds custom brochure websites, online stores, iOS and Android mobile apps, business software and AI automations. It works with companies across Tunisia and with international clients, in French, Arabic and English, and hands every client the full source code.

Who founded Zelos?

Zelos was founded by Khaled Baccour, a full stack developer specialised in TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS and React Native. He followed the computer engineering programme at INSAT in Tunis and integrates generative AI into the products he builds. His work is public on GitHub under the name khaledbaccour.

Where is Zelos based?

Zelos is a Tunisian agency that works fully remotely. It serves companies in Tunis, Sfax, Sousse, Bizerte, Monastir, Nabeul, Ariana, Ben Arous and everywhere else in Tunisia. Work happens by phone, video call, WhatsApp and email, with shared online demos at every stage of the project.

How much does a website cost at Zelos?

At Zelos, a brochure website starts at 1,600 TND, an e-commerce site at 3,000 TND and a fully custom site at 4,000 TND. A mobile app starts at 3,000 TND and custom software at 2,000 TND. Every project receives a free quote, detailed line by line, after the scoping call.

What services does Zelos offer?

Zelos offers five service lines: websites and e-commerce, iOS and Android mobile apps, custom software and SaaS, AI automation of repetitive tasks, and audits, consulting and maintenance. Everything is built for the client's business, with careful Google search optimisation from launch day onwards.

Who owns the delivered website or app?

The client does. At delivery, Zelos hands over the source code, the Git repository and access to hosting, the domain name and analytics accounts. The client stays free to evolve the project with Zelos or with another provider, and their data stays on servers they control.

How long does a project take?

The timeline depends on the scope and on how quickly content arrives. Zelos sets a precise delivery date in the quote, once the scope is clear after the scoping call. Gathering texts, photos and the logo before starting remains the best way to move fast.
